Bowling Green serves as our central office and home location, marking the humble beginnings of Cardinal Behavioral Health. We are grateful for the support and opportunities provided by the Bowling Green community, allowing us to establish our presence here. This location was established in 2021, and since then, we have expanded and remained dedicated to serving our community.

Services

At this location, we provide individual, couples, and family therapy. We offer EMDR and ART therapies, as well as assessments for ADHD, autism, and candidates for bariatric surgery. Starting in January 2025, our Bowling Green location will also offer medication management services.
