My ideal client is motivated, collaborative, and open to change. I am passionate about building trust and fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves and explore their emotions. I enjoy working with clients through transitional periods to help them discover their strengths and potential.

I am interested in working with adolescents and young adults, but I am open to all age ranges. I have experience conducting neuropsychological assessments in outpatient settings for children and adults with various disorders. Throughout my graduate studies, I have developed specialized skills in therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, which are tailored to help clients of various age groups manage anxiety, depression, and other behavioral concerns.

I am committed to helping clients not only understand and manage their feelings but also build resilience, cope with stress, and improve their overall well-being. Therapy is not a “one size fits all,” and I look forward to working together to help you meet your unique goals and face your unique challenges!
