Elizabeth Garner LPCA
Life doesn’t always follow a clear path, and sometimes having the right support can make all the difference. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, major life transitions, and neurodivergence. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My approach is warm, flexible, and grounded in empathy, with the goal of creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable being yourself. I value building genuine connections with my clients and believe there is room for humor in therapy when it feels natural and helpful.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan based on your experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. My approach is person-centered and rooted in unconditional positive regard, which means you can expect support without judgment as we explore what matters most to you and identify strategies that support meaningful growth.
I also believe that effective therapy sometimes means gently challenging patterns or behaviors that may be getting in the way of the life you want. When appropriate, I’ll offer honest and straightforward feedback while remaining compassionate and respectful.
If you’re ready to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, work through challenges, and create meaningful change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
