Shaye Uchytil
I have always had a deep passion for helping others grow, heal, and feel understood. Creating a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space is at the core of how I connect with others. I believe everyone deserves a place where they can speak freely and feel accepted exactly as they are. I approach therapy as a collaborative process- one where we work together to explore challenges, build an understanding, and create lasting progress.

Throughout my graduate studies, I have had the opportunity to practice evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of therapy and have shown me that therapy can lead to a meaningful and beneficial change.

I am especially interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, but I am open and committed to supporting individuals across all stages of life. I am dedicated to building an alliance with my clients, and allowing empathy, trust, and mutual respect guide the work we do together and the progress that is made.
