Beginning therapy is the first step to improvement when you feel as though you need assistance. I am happy to take in clients of all demographics who are ready to take that first step to improve their perspective, motivation, and individual lives. I believe that everyone can benefit from a fresh perspective, an encouraging and collaborative process, a safe space free of judgment, or even simply a listening ear, and that is what I strive to be for my clients.

I aim to be someone who can provide a sense of empowerment, acceptance, and independence through life's lessons and worries. I believe in taking things one step at a time, improving independence, and going through healing at your own pace. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and value the implementation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in our journey.
Therapy is something that I think everyone can benefit from. I hope to be the person who can instill hope in you and provide what you need in your therapeutic process. Progress may not be linear, but it is achievable. We can grow, change, and improve ourselves in order to achieve the end goal of comfort, happiness, and acceptance together!
