My ideal client is ready to show up for themselves and forge a new path forward. I take a very client-centered approach and believe we are all capable of overcoming hard things. We will work together towards the goals that are important to you in a manner that works for you with respect to the individual that you are. My ultimate goal is to collaborate with you to achieve your goals and help you to build towards your best life, whatever that might look like for you.

My primary experience has been in working with individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. My true passion is working with individuals with complex past traumas, especially military, first responders, and veterans. I have been trained primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, and dabbled a bit with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I aim to be well-rounded in my arsenal of therapeutic tools in order to serve clients with a variety of needs.

My goal in furthering my education was so that I could better serve those who sacrifice so much for the rest of us, which is why my primary population of interest is in military, first responders, and veterans. These are individuals who have served others and often have a hard time asking for help, but I am here to help you through that process. Every great journey starts with the first step, I would be honored to help you on your journey to a better life.
