Stephanie earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University in May 2026. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care.

Stephanie's clinical interests include couples therapy, relationship concerns, burnout, stress management, and supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse. She understands the profound impact that unhealthy relationships, emotional manipulation, chronic stress, and caregiver fatigue can have on emotional well-being. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can heal, rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and create meaningful change in their lives.
